Empathic communication, in our simplest definition, means showing the other person that s/he is listened to and that their thoughts, emotions, attitudes and values are being understood.

Our story

Code of Conduct

— We integrate the 7 virtues of martial arts into our working life because they make us more successful and stronger. Our employees practice in cooperation with the Two on One Academy martial arts in their free time. As a company, we encourage the Japanese philosophy of 7-5-3 code to live in our company.

VIVAJO Group

VIVAJO is a group of 10 companies in 4 countries (Romania, Moldova, Germany, and Montenegro), that focuses on various digitization topics. Our journey started in 2008 in Cluj-Napoca. Over 150 people are currently working hybrid in our 8 offices or remote.
